Attached is the CERT manual per the Memphis office (that you can link to at http://www.mscema.org/index.php?name=CERT;) however it is universal in its information. Perhaps the mosques and study groups can seek out CERT training in their cities to make sure we are all prepared and certified. Check with your cities EMA office. Peace!
